On Monday 4th November Trinity Academy hosted over 700 colleagues from all of our CST schools for our annual autumn conference. This year our theme was 'belonging' and we were very pleased to welcome Marc Rowland who delivered a powerful and thought provoking keynote speech.

In addition to the keynote speech, staff heard from our CEO and Deputy CEO and enjoyed celebrating colleagues in the inaugural 'CST Staff awards.' Staff also attended workshops relevant to their job role and were given opportunities to network with colleagues.

Staff feedback received after the event has been very positive with one member of staff saying:
