Through our staff benefits we want to provide the best possible support for every member of staff in our family of schools and to ensure that all staff that work for the Trust enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Our range of benefits includes:

Balancing everyday life with work and home pressures can be challenging for everyone. We are committed to supporting our staff with their wellbeing and each school has a Mental Health First Aider to provide support and guidance. We also partner with Health Assured to offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme for all staff which includes access to:
- A 24/7 free phone helpline 365 days per year for a wide range of support including personal, financial, legal or other lifestyle matters
- Telephone or face-to-face counselling where further support is required
- A range of well-being and health resources via the online health portal and app
Health and fitness
We offer generous discounts on a number of gym memberships and a cycle to work scheme.
Personal
We provide a generous annual leave entitlement for all our staff and we support flexible working to enable staff to find the right work-life balance. For staff with young families we offer a supportive approach to family leave. From 2022, we are also offering staff the opportunity to participate in an Electric Vehicle (EV) salary sacrifice scheme.
Pensions
Pensions are a key part in planning for later life. We make it as easy as possible for you to access the right pension scheme and all new staff are automatically enrolled in competitive defined benefit pension schemes through Teachers’ Pensions or the Local Government Pension Scheme for professional support staff roles.
